“CHANGE management” -
an increasingly popular term in in management literature. Change is one of our most natural
phenomena. Without change there is no evolution and without
evolution we will not survive and prosper. This also
applies to the
business world. Whatever concerns we have – whether strategies,
mergers, innovations, process improvements etc. - it always requires
change.
In order to make changes effective on a long-term basis, a critical mass, which supports these changes
is essential. Only if you succeed
in converting those affected and they in turn support the changes, will
the change be lasting and secure.
The knowledge we have gleaned from our experiences
as executives and consultatns, has allowed us to develop and refine
methods which make the "buy in" of colleagues and employess possible,
thus ensuring sustainable improvements.
