From our experience as senior managers we know only too well,
what it means, to be surrounded by “yes sayers”. Much constructional
dissonance, the exchange of different points of view, good ideas and
the appropriate energy is not being used effectively. Free of
political pressure we view ourselves as partners of our customers,
who insure survival of your enterprise for a long time.
